These three unique classes represent different needs. Whether you need some TLC, you need to get after it or you aren't in the mood but know you should do SOMETHING, these classes will support you.
First Class: The NOT Feeling it Flow, this class is for those days when you know you SHOULD do something, but don't want to. It's slow build up into some light core and strength moves. Perfect for all levels.
Second Class: A Well Deserved Rest, this class is a gentle/restorative yoga flow, it is about an hour long and is so yummy. Great for all levels.
Third Class: The Full Body Flow, this if for those days you ARE feeling it, a moderate strength and core flow. Great for all levels. (if you are a beginner, take it slow, there is no rush).
Austeen is the founder and owner for Free To Be Yoga & Massage. She teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Mini Band, Tender and Beginner yoga class at the studio. Her passion for teaching and coaxing students back to their bodies and creating a life soulfully lived, is the foundation of all of her teachings. Be it as an Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher, her obsession with conscious movement; how to create it and how it will change your life has helped many people to feel and live better. Austeen rejoices in journeying through the human experience, by dedicating her life to the holistic health and well-being of those around her. Her raw and honest presences comes from deep within the uncharted territories of our mind. Austeen has her Master’s degree in Athletic Training, her license in Massage Therapy, as well as a 200 E-RYT and YACEP through Yoga Alliance.
